Busy busy busy

I think from friday at 6:30am until last night around midnight i did not stop except to sleep alittle.
Between my full time job, class at michaels, demo's on saturday, the CTMH party, and going to walmart i was exhausted! Then when i finally when i got home i got to relax.
D and i watched Elizabeth: The Golden Years. It was pretty good.
We did 2 really cute cards at the CTMH party. I have a huge list of things that i want!
And thanks to everyone that came i will be able to get a good bit of it for FREE! **Yay!!**
Now its time for me to go be lazy, browse my CTMH catalog, and watch tv.
Hopefully i'll feel like crafting later and get some stuff done to post!

What came in the mail yesterday?!

Well, wouldn't you know those Stamping Bella's that i ordered!! I wasn't expecting them for at least another week!
I played with them a little bit last night....
I'm frustrated with my See-D's Reusable Cling because it WILL NOT stick to the back of the stamp. It says its permanent but i think they lie. Ok maybe not lying, but i think the problem lies in the fact that the back of the rubbah is textured a bit and not smooth. i have an idea to remedy this, and also make it work alot better with my clear blocks.
Here is my idea, if you've tried this please let me know! I'm going to stamp onto a transparency with staz-on the image. then somehow attach the transparency (maybe if i can get some crystal effects or liquid glass) to the stamp, and then adhere the cling to the transparency.
Theoretically i think it will work.

**EDIT: I dont' have any ez mount and i'm trying to use what i have. i don't want to pay shipping for just one thing. i may break down and buy it if i can find other things i like. but i have to wait till after my stamping party.

Anyway the bella's i got?

I got the "hearty sheep" (a sheep holding a heart balloon) and the sayings "i love ewe" and "thank ewe"
I also got the Bella who is carrying a baby and mopping the floor in high heels and a dress and apron with her hair all wrapped up, and the saying that says "i want to be called domestic goddess"

This will be what goes on my Valentine's Day card to sara!
I also got to play with my white liquid applique on the sheep! I didn't do an actual card yet though with them, and at the moment D is sleeping in the bedroom (aka craft room). So it will have to wait till either later, or tomorrow. (and with the amount of unproductiveness i've been feeling, it may end up being the weekend before i craft again).

But i'm on a budget now with the card making andd craft project stuff. $20 per pay check. I can't go overboard anymore. Today i spent $15 of my $20 allowance.
I got: 2 K & Co. small mat stacks, 2 packages of matching 3D stickers, 4 tiny matching spools of $.99 ribbon, a small metal wash tub for $1 that i'm going to work my Valentine Magic on, 2 Studio G wooden stamps (that will go perfectly with my christmas gift to my self).

This christmas gift to myself that i have yet to speak of?! I bought two sets of Nestabilities! The Large Scalloped Circles, and the Large Regular Circles.
I have made some cards (mostly ones with the great K & Co. embellishments that D's sister got me for christmas and the stuff i got for $.99 at Gabe's the day after christmas.) But i did use the scalloped circle on a card this morning that turned out pretty cute! I want to make more things tonight before i post. And i also want to work on some things to sell on Etsy.com. I need to make some $$$ so i can pay for my craft habit.

I have decided that i am a ribbon addict. Today i went to Michael's and i bought 10 spools of $1 ribbon. This along with the 4 spools i bought the other day, makes me sure i have a serious illness. It's just so pretty and comes in so many different colors and patterns that it distracts me when i'm in the store! Plus the discount makes it only 75 cents a spool!
I need to stay away from the craft store for a few days!

I love it!
There will 2 cards that i made yesterday put up later (provided that i make 2 more later today after work!).
I have abandoned christmas as my theme because i've made so many for other people that i have NO desire to make them for my friends and family. So i'm taking a break.
Also, today it started to snow!! it didn't lay, but thats alright. I'm geeked for christmas and i don't want to wear it out. :)

New Purchases

I made a stop at Michael's on my way home from work today. I stocked up on some Christmas stamps from the $1 bin. Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE the dollar bin? Well, it is amazing! Especially the one at the Michael's that i work. There are always a ton of designs! I will post some new cards soon, but i must play with my new stamps first!
