Alot of people have been asking for instructions for the CD Case! So here they are!!
Have fun!

Embellished CD Case

Supplies:

1 CD Case (the regular ones, not the slimline kind)

4 to 5 sheets of scrapbook paper

Adhesive (specifically a kind that works well on plastics, and doesn’t show)

Embellishments of your choice

1 12”x12” piece of cardstock

3D adhesive dots

Directions:

Take the CD holder and take out the insert that holds the CD in place.

Cut two pieces of patterned paper to fit the front cover of the CD (4 15/16”x 4 3/4 ”)

Sandwich these pieces together with the non-patterned sides together.

These will slide right into the cover of the CD Case. You may want to tack the corners down to the plastic so it doesn’t move around.

I personally embellish the outside of the case, but if you want you can embellish the front before you attach it to the inside of the case.

I used pop-dots to raise the embellishments.

Cut a piece of card stock 4 ¼” x 3 ¾”. This will be the gift card holder.

Fold the cardstock bottom to top, up about 1 1/8”. I cut out a semi circle to make it easier to remove the gift card.
Make flaps on the part that is folded up, and trim the upper part.

Fold along the dotted lines and adhere flaps. Round corners if desired.

Cut a piece of cardstock 4 15/16” x 4 1/2 “

Cut another piece of cardstock 5 3/8” x 4 1/2”

(The larger piece will be the one that you attach to the right half of the CD case.)

Cut two pieces of patterned paper 4” x 12” and fold them each into thirds

Cut a piece of patterned paper 4” x 8” and fold in half so there are two 4 x 4 sections

Attach the three pieces together:

Attach the 4 15/16” x 4 1/2 “ piece of card stock to the far left end of the accordion pages.

Create a pull tab is you wish.

Adhere the far right accordion page to the larger piece of cardstock, then adhere the whole accordion book to the right side of the CD Case.

Enjoy!
